民间美术对电脑艺术设计起着提供素材、启迪创作思维的重要作用。高职院校电脑艺术设计专业教学要突出民间美术在专业课程体系中的基础性地位,丰富民间美术融入电脑艺术专业教学的手段,重视挖掘和利用当地的民间美术素材,将现代设计理念与民间美术的艺术手法有机融合起来,培养具有民族文化传统修养和国际视野的艺术设计人才。
