中国消费者在网络上购物的习惯正在养成,市场爆发力不可小觑:中国互联网络信息中心最近的统计数据显示,我国的网民在最近一年内通过购物网站购买过商品或服务的,占到了40.7%,与半年前的33.8%相比有了较大幅度的提升;统计还显示,在用户的付款方式中,网上支付的比例第一次超过货到付款的比例,成为最主要的付款方式。因此,在网上建立完善的商业信用机制是促进电子商务迅速发展的最大挑战之一。
