目的观察肠泰合剂治疗小儿便秘性肠梗阻的临床疗效。方法选择便秘性肠梗阻患儿80例,随机分为对照组和治疗组,治疗组口服肠泰合剂治疗,记录用药后3d,7d,14d腹胀腹痛、便秘症状的演变,如排便次数,大便性状,排便反应和停药1周期间的排便情况及有无用药不良反应。结果用药3d后总有效率为85%,7d总有效率为87.5%,14d总有效率为95.0%,服药期间均未出现任何不良反应。结论肠泰合剂可以有效治疗便秘性肠梗阻。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Changtai Mixture in treating constipation intestinal obstruction in children. Methods Eighty children with constipation-induced intestinal obstruction were randomly divided into control group and treatment group. The treatment group was treated with Changtai Mixture. The abdominal pain and constipation symptoms were recorded on the 3rd, 7th and 14th day after treatment, such as defecation frequency, stool character , Defecation reaction and withdrawal during the 1-week defecation and the presence or absence of adverse drug reactions. Results After 3 days, the total effective rate was 85%, the total effective rate was 87.5% after 7 days, and the total effective rate was 95.0% after 14 days. No adverse reactions occurred during the medication. Conclusion TongTai mixture can effectively treat constipation intestinal obstruction.
