广蓄电站120万 kW,商业运行已两年,国家验收结论是:工期短、质量好、投资省。总投资30.6亿元(含输变电工程),单位千瓦投资2550元。成功之举在于按现代企业制度组织水电开发,形成对工程造价的自我控制机制。这种机制能使建设行为企业化;追求整体经济效益目标;企业权利与义务统一;有利于合同管理;能保证建设资金供应;且建设与生产衔接,有利于滚动发展。
Guangzhou Power Plant 1.2 million kW, commercial operation has been two years, the state acceptance conclusion is: short duration, good quality, investment province. A total investment of 3.06 billion yuan (including power transmission projects), 2550 yuan investment in units of kilowatts. The success lies in organizing hydropower development according to the modern enterprise system and forming a self-control mechanism on project cost.
