本文通过对48例正常新生儿、21例儿童和41例成人红细胞免疫粘附活性,包括C3b受体花环(E-RR)和免疫复合物花环(E-ICR)及血清循环免疫复合物(CIC)的对照研究,发现新生儿E-RR显著高于成人和儿童,E-ICR则低于成人;血清CIC阳性率以新生儿最高。研究结果可能体现了新生儿红细胞免疫的特征。
In this paper, 48 cases of normal newborns, 21 cases of children and 41 cases of adult erythrocyte immune adhesion activity, including C3b receptor rosette (E-RR) and immune complex rosette (E-ICR) and serum circulating immune complex ) Control study found that neonatal E-RR was significantly higher than adults and children, E-ICR was lower than adults; serum CIC-positive rate of the highest in newborns. The results may reflect the characteristics of neonatal red blood cell immunity.
