一、合资欧、日系品牌将扩张化国产轻卡主机厂分自主品牌和合资品牌,除上汽南京汽车分公司的依维柯轻卡、江铃轻卡、庆铃轻卡、广汽日野轻卡,其余为自主品牌轻卡。前者发动机全都能达到国三排放标准,并且在向做国四技术储备的转化;而后者现在基本上马马虎虎才能达到国二标准,都难达到国三排放标准。因此才出现2008年下半年以来的假“国三”、假“二手车”、“小吨大标”等钻国三政策空子的闹剧。
I. Joint venture with European and Japanese brands will expand the domestic brands of light truck OEMs and their joint ventures. Except for the Iveco light truck, JMC light truck, Qingling light truck and Guangzhou Automobile Hino light truck owned by SAIC Nanjing Branch, the rest will be light trucks of independent brands. The former engine can all meet the emission standards of the third country and is making a transition to the technological reserve of the fourth country. The latter is now basically so-so in order to achieve the second-country standard and can hardly meet the third-country emission standards. Therefore, there has been a farce in the three policies since the second half of 2008 such as “guosanbao”, “fake car”, “small tonnage” and so on.
