职务犯罪发现能力是侦查和控制职务犯罪的前提和基础,职务犯罪的信息情报贵在及时和准确发现,但司法实践中还存在许多制约因素,即发现意识存在偏差、发现渠道不畅、主动发现平台缺乏。职务犯罪发现能力主要应着眼于以下途径,即强化全面发现意识、通畅举报渠道、拓展发现渠道、构建信息共享的发现平台。
