根据国家科技奖励办公室“国科奖(2005)90号”文件的通知,“中国岩石力学与工程学会科学技术奖”的设立已获批准,中华人民共和国科学技术部颁发的“中国岩石力学与工程学会科学技术奖”登记证书编号为:国科奖社证字第0134号。学会首届科学技术奖评选工作决定从2(X巧年开始实施。一、设奖目的:为了贯彻科教兴国和可持续发展战略,促进中国岩石力学与工程科学技术事业的发展,营造“尊重劳动、尊重知识、尊重人材、尊重创造”的氛围,造就一批进人岩石力学与岩土工程科技前沿的研究队伍和学术带头人,特设立中国岩石力学与工程学会科学技术奖。
According to the State Science and Technology Award Office “National Science Award (2005) No. 90” notice, “China Institute of Rock Mechanics and Engineering Science and Technology Award” has been approved the establishment of the People’s Republic of China Ministry of Science and Technology awarded the “China Rock Mechanics and Engineering Institute of Science and Technology Award ”registration certificate number: National Science Award No. 0134 certificate. In order to implement the strategy of rejuvenating the country through science and education and the strategy of sustainable development, we should promote the development of China’s rock mechanics and engineering science and technology, and create a “respect for labor, Respect for knowledge, respect for talent, respect for creating ”atmosphere, creating a group of rock mechanics and geotechnical engineering into a cutting-edge research team and academic leaders, the establishment of China Society of Rock Mechanics and Engineering Science and Technology Award.
