天津印铁制罐公司的前身是天津市印铁制罐厂,国营企业,是全国同行业规模较大的厂家之一。近年来在市场疲软、经济循环不畅的环境中,他们眼睛向内,立足于内部改革,转变经营机制,强化企业管理,取得了令人瞩目的经验和效果。1988年这个厂在引进先进技术的同时,率先推行“一厂两制”的改革试验,即在厂内设“厂”,搞“小特区”,采用中外合资企业的管理办法进行管理。试点取得经验后,1991年上半年又从“一厂两制”向“全厂一制”过渡,制定了一套过渡性的管理制度,闯出了一条企业改革的新路子,给企业增添了活力,经济效益连年增长。
