企业是技术创新的主体,企业的科技投入是国家科技投入的重要组成部分。文章利用2000年我国大中型企业科技投入的数据,从政府科技投入中的机构偏好、政府投入的科技活动经费在不同行业中的分布、不同行业对科技活动的依赖度及企业科技投入的强度、不同行业科技活动与技术创新的产出与贡献等四个不同的观察分析点对企业科技投入与产出进行了分析,并提出了相应的政策建议。
Enterprises are the main body of technological innovation. The investment in science and technology by enterprises is an important part of the national science and technology investment. Based on the data of science and technology investment of large and medium-sized enterprises in China in 2000, the paper analyzes the institutional preferences of government investment in science and technology, the distribution of science and technology activities in different industries by government, the dependence of different industries on scientific and technological activities and the intensity of investment in science and technology, Four different observation and analysis points of output and contribution of scientific and technological activities and technological innovation in different industries analyzed the input and output of enterprise science and technology and put forward the corresponding policy recommendations.
