浸渍剂和聚丙烯薄膜复合绝缘材料在电力电容器等电气设备中应用相当广泛。研究浸渍剂对聚丙烯薄膜性能的影响对指导电气设备的设计和生产具有一定的意义。已有许多研究表明:浸渍剂对聚丙烯薄膜电性能、机械性能等都有不同程度的影响,但是认为浸渍剂对聚丙烯薄膜的结晶形态无明显影响。本文对此提出了不同的看法。本文首先选取了同时具有β晶形和α晶形的聚丙烯薄膜作为研究试样,然后对在不同浸渍温度和浸渍时间下浸渍的聚丙烯膜分别做热刺激电流和差热分析,在分析实验结果的基础上认为:浸渍剂有少量进入聚丙烯薄膜结晶不完善的晶相中,且对不稳定的β晶形向α晶形的转化起促进作用。
Impregnating agent and polypropylene film composite insulation materials in power capacitors and other electrical equipment is widely used. Studying the influence of impregnant on the properties of polypropylene film is of great significance to the design and manufacture of electrical equipment. Many studies have shown that: Impregnating agent on the polypropylene film electrical properties, mechanical properties, etc. have varying degrees of impact, but that impregnants on polypropylene film crystallization morphology no significant effect. This article put forward different views on this. In this paper, the polypropylene film with both β-shape and α-shape at the same time was selected as the research sample. Then, the thermal shock current and differential thermal analysis were performed on the polypropylene film impregnated at different impregnation temperature and immersion time. Based on the above, it is considered that a small amount of impregnant enters into the crystalline phase of the polypropylene film, and promotes the transformation of unstable β crystal to α crystal.
