一、前言 高速钢是切削工具中使用最多的高合金钢材料,延长高速钢刀具的使用寿命,对提高生产率、降低生产成本,具有特别重要的意义。为此,人们不断地研制出新的高速钢刀具材料和积极地改进热处理淬火工艺,尤其在探索高速钢刀具表面强化方面作出了巨大的努力。高速钢刀具的表面强化己见成效。它使刀具的使用寿命成倍(或几十倍)的增加。
I. INTRODUCTION High-speed steel is the most widely used high-alloy steel in cutting tools, which has the important meaning of prolonging the service life of high-speed steel cutting tools and improving the productivity and reducing the production cost. To this end, people continue to develop new high-speed steel cutting tool materials and actively improve the heat treatment quenching process, especially in the exploration of high-speed steel surface hardening tools made tremendous efforts. Surface hardening of high speed steel tools have been effective. It doubled (or tens of times) the life of a tool.
