A review of the literature on skeletal fluorosis has rarely been reported on the morphological changes of the peripheral nervous system. Peroneal nerve was taken from the ankle of 13 skeletal fluorosis patients and the biopsy was performed by the conventional method. In 13 cases, the average density of 10 myelinated fibers (number of fibers / mm ~ 2) decreased and the nerve fibers disappeared. About half of the cases have microfibrils
