“定岗双元”的人才培养模式赋予了我院思想政治教育工作全新的要求和特点,而目前我院思想政治教师队伍中还存在一些不容忽视的问题,影响了教育教学效果。因此,只有完善思政课教师队伍建设,实现可持续发展,才能完成思想政治教育的目标。
“Fixed-post dualistic ” personnel training mode gives new requirements and characteristics of ideological and political education in our hospital, but there are still some problems that can not be ignored in the team of ideological and political teachers in our hospital, affecting the effectiveness of education and teaching. Therefore, only by perfecting the construction of contingent of ideological and political education teachers and realizing sustainable development can we accomplish the goal of ideological and political education.
