小学时代,既是人生最富梦幻色彩的时代,也是人生走向社会的第一个黄金驿站。小学生生活在社会的大熔炉中,家长的意识,社会的风气,价值的取向都影响着孩子的成长。加之小学生年龄小,明辨是非能力差,如果不加强引导,将直接影响孩子的一生。我深知作为班主任自己不仅担负着学生的学习任务,还担负学生们的思想道德教育。如果学生的思想道德方面出了问题,必然会影响学生的学习成绩。
