咨询是课堂培训的延伸,是实战的重要组成形式,针对企业实际情况系统地解决问题。培训的作用在于导入理念、达成共识、讲解方案。作为培训机构和讲师,要立体、系统地考虑培训与咨询的均衡问题均衡管理,简单来说,就是指获得人生价值资源最佳组合的行为和选择。它追求的终极目标是:管理者均衡地处理好各种错综复杂的关系,促使自然、社会、政府、企业、家族及个人等六大方面实现和谐、稳健、持续发展。
Counseling is an extension of classroom training and is an important component of actual combat. It systematically solves the problem in the light of the actual situation of the enterprise. The role of training is to import ideas, reach consensus, explain the program. As a training institution and lecturer, we should consider the balance management of training and consultation in a balanced and systematic manner. In simple terms, we mean the behaviors and choices of obtaining the best combination of life value resources. The ultimate goal it pursues is that managers handle all kinds of intricate relationships in a balanced manner and promote the harmonious, steady and sustainable development of the six major aspects of nature, society, government, enterprises, families and individuals.
