本文设计合成了五种脂肽表面活性剂分子C_(14)KD、C_(14)DK、C_(16)KD、C_(16)DK、C_(16)GDGK,以钝顶螺旋藻光合膜蛋白复合物光系统I(PSI)为研究对象,从增溶、结构完整性、时间稳定性和热稳定性等方面系统研究了五种脂肽表面活性剂与PSI的相互作用。研究发现,设计的DK系列脂肽表面活性剂都能较好地增溶PSI,尤其是C_(16)GDGK对PSI的增溶能力最强;与传统表面活性剂十二烷基麦芽糖苷相比,设计的脂肽表面活性剂能够长时间保持PSI结构的稳定性,同时C_(14)DK、C_(16)DK、C_(16)GDGK增溶PSI的热稳定性显著提高。
In this paper, five lipopeptide surfactant molecules, C_ (14) KD, C_ (14) DK, C_ (16) KD, C_ (16) DK and C_ (16) GDGK were designed and synthesized. The complex system PSI was studied systematically to study the interaction between five lipopeptide surfactants and PSI from aspects of solubilization, structural integrity, time stability and thermal stability. The results showed that the design of DK series lipopeptide surfactants can better solubilize PSI, especially C_ (16) GDGK PSI solubilization strongest; compared with the traditional surfactant dodecyl maltoside , The designed lipopeptide surfactant can maintain the stability of the PSI structure for a long time, and the thermostability of the PSI solubilized by C_ (14) DK, C_ (16) DK, C_ (16) GDGK was significantly increased.
