脉络膜新生血管是危害视力的主要病变之一,其发生与新生血管抑制因子和生长因子的失衡有关,尚无有效的治疗方法。脉络膜新生血管的基因治疗为我们提供了一种新的治疗理念,本文对基因治疗的研究进展进行综述。
Choroidal neovascularization is one of the main diseases that endanger visual acuity. Its occurrence is related to the imbalance of neovascular inhibitory factor and growth factor, and there is no effective treatment. Gene therapy of choroidal neovascularization provides us with a new concept of treatment. This article reviews the progress of gene therapy research.
