对一种长寿型风口吹管在首秦2号高炉上的应用进行了总结。针对2号高炉风口吹管存在着使用寿命短、长期使用后出现发红等问题,经过不断改进,采用熔融石英基新型复合耐火材料为风口吹管内衬,其导热系数从0.812W/(m·℃)降至0.381 W/(m·℃)。2号高炉使用长寿型风口吹管后,平均使用寿命从开炉时的250 d提高到702 d,风口吹管寿命增加1倍以上,并具有一定的节能效果。
