针对唐山不锈钢厂1#转炉汽化冷却系统中一段烟道频发爆管事故的现象进行原因分析,提出了对1#转炉汽化冷却系统中一段烟道和活动烟罩的循环水改造的方案,从而从根本上解决了烟道爆管事故的发生。
Aiming at the reason of the first burst of flue burst in the vaporization cooling system of 1 # converter in Tangshan Stainless Steel Factory, a scheme of rebuilding circulating water in the first flue gas duct and movable hood in vaporization cooling system of 1 # converter was proposed. Fundamentally solved the pipe burst accident occurred.
