首先应该给课堂违纪下一个定义。有的老师认为“走神”算是课堂违纪;但有的老师确认为,只要不影响别人,“走神”就不算课堂违纪。既然课堂纪律的内涵和外延在每个老师看来都是不一样的。所以必须要先对“课堂纪律”下一个比较公允的定义之后才能有讨论的价值;否则一切的讨论都将失去理性的根基。在我的班主任工作中,凡是影响或妨碍他人(老师、同学)且不利于自己学习的行为就算是课堂违纪:包括课堂无关接嘴、交头接耳、故意
First of all, we should give the next definition of class violation. Some teachers think that “walking in the spirit” is regarded as a violation of discipline in the classroom; however, some teachers confirm that as long as they do not affect others, “distractions” are not class violations. Since the connotation and extension of classroom discipline are different from each teacher’s view. Therefore, we must first discuss the value of the “fair discipline” of the “family discipline” before the fair comparison; otherwise, all discussions will lose the rational foundation. In my class teacher’s work, all acts that affect or hinder others (teachers and classmates) and are not conducive to their own learning are class violations: including irrelevant interviews, whispers, and intentions.
