国有施工企业的基层党建工作的有效实施是企业党建工作成功的关键。基层党建工作的有效实施,有助于提高员工工作的主动性,增强企业的凝聚力和发展动力,实现企业经济效益与社会效益的共赢。本文针对新时期国有施工企业基层党建存在的弊端进行阐述,就如何克服这些弊端提出了针对性的对策建议。
The effective implementation of the grass-roots party building in state-owned construction enterprises is the key to the success of the party building in enterprises. The effective implementation of the grass-roots party building helps to improve the initiative of staff, enhance the cohesion and development momentum, and achieve a win-win economic and social benefits. In this paper, the shortcomings of grass-roots party building of state-owned construction enterprises in the new era are elaborated, and some countermeasures and suggestions are put forward on how to overcome these shortcomings.
