本文介绍利用在两束互不相干光作用下的两套莫尔偏折条纹的重迭与否来测量光楔楔角的方法。该法信号读出方便,精度不低于单光束莫尔偏折术。
This paper introduces the method of measuring the wedge angle of an optical wedge by using the overlapping of two sets of Moire’s birefringence stripes under the action of two mutually incoherent light beams. The method of reading the signal convenient, accuracy not less than single-beam Moire deflexion.
