山东金华2#1 080 m~3高炉设计采用铜冷却壁、砖壁合一薄壁炉衬、碳砖-陶瓷杯复合炉底、软水密闭循环冷却系统、串罐无料钟炉顶、高炉全干法布袋除尘、改进型顶燃式热风炉等一系列先进实用技术,高炉投产后取得了良好的技术经济指标,最高日产量3 560 t,利用系数达到3.3 t/(m~3·d),燃料比510 kg/t,煤比160 kg/t,风温1 220℃。
