一个创新型教师具有的创造性人格表现,应该是敢于打破常规、挑战自我,在教育教学中勇于实践、敢于创新。为此,我们做了一些探索。①在平行班主题活动选择、月周计划的制订上,鼓励教师独立自主;在分析幼儿实际的基础上,根据《纲要》要求,自己选定主题,生成和预成,各取所需,个性化备课。只要教师组织的教育教学活动是孩子感兴趣的,能促进孩子身心和谐发展、能力得到培养的,是有效的、最好的,并给予及时的鼓励和表扬。
