[目的]了解某高职学校教职工骨质疏松症的患病情况,为预防其发生提供依据。[方法]以378名教职工为研究对象,采用双能X线骨密度测量仪检测其坐位桡骨远端骨密度,计算T值(T-score),按性别、年龄、身高、体质指数(BMI)分组进行统计学分析。[结果]378名教职工中骨质疏松症患者72人,患病率为19.0%。女性骨质疏松症患病率(23.1%)明显高于男性(13.1%),P<0.05。从50~59岁组开始,各年龄段患病率均有增高趋势(P<0.01)。50~59岁年龄组和≥70岁年龄组的女性患病率明显高于男性(P<0.01)。不同身高组的骨质分布差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01),<160cm组的患病率与170~180cm组和180~190cm组相比明显增高(P<0.01)。不同BMI组的骨质分布差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。绝经女性骨质疏松症患病率为46.2%,未绝经女性为7.5%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。[结论]教职工骨质疏松症患病率较高,其中女性患者明显高于男性,绝经女性较未绝经女性患病率明显增高,应对教职工,尤其是高患病率人群进行早期筛查并采取相应的干预措施以减少骨质疏松症的发生。
[Objective] To understand the prevalence of osteoporosis among faculty and staff in a vocational school and provide basis for its prevention. [Methods] A total of 378 faculty members were enrolled in this study. Bone mineral density (BMD) in the distal radius of the sitting position was measured by dual energy X-ray absorptiometry. The T-score was calculated and analyzed by gender, age, height, body mass index ) Grouping for statistical analysis. [Results] There were 72 osteoporosis patients in 378 faculty members, the prevalence was 19.0%. The prevalence of osteoporosis in women (23.1%) was significantly higher than that in men (13.1%), P <0.05. From 50 to 59 years old group, the prevalence of all age groups have increased trend (P <0.01). The prevalence of females was significantly higher in males aged 50-59 and ≥70 years (P <0.01). The differences of bone mass distribution among different height groups were statistically significant (P <0.01). The prevalence of <160cm group was significantly higher than that of 170 ~ 180cm group and 180 ~ 190cm group (P <0.01). There was no significant difference in bone distribution among different BMI groups (P> 0.05). The prevalence of osteoporosis in postmenopausal women was 46.2% and in non-menopausal women 7.5%, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.01). [Conclusion] The prevalence of Osteoporosis in teaching staff is high, among which the female patients are obviously higher than the male ones. The prevalence of the female in the postmenopausal women is significantly higher than that in the non-menopausal women. Early screening should be conducted for the staff, especially the high prevalence rate And take appropriate interventions to reduce the incidence of osteoporosis.
