对改进的两相半开式热管换热器的工作原理及热管换热器换热效率的计算方法作了介绍,并列举了三种热管换热器的应用实例。指出热管换热器具有传热效率高、压力损失小、结构紧凑、应用范围广、维修费用少等优点,同时也存在酸露点的低温腐蚀等实际问题,在使用中不断加以改进,为回收各种加热设备的排烟余热、节约能源,发挥它的巨大作用。
The working principle of the improved two-phase half-open heat pipe heat exchanger and the calculation method of the heat exchanger heat transfer efficiency of the heat pipe heat exchanger are introduced. The application examples of three heat pipe heat exchangers are also listed. It is pointed out that the heat pipe heat exchanger has the advantages of high heat transfer efficiency, small pressure loss, compact structure, wide application range, low maintenance cost and the like. At the same time, practical problems such as low temperature corrosion of acid dew point exist and are continuously improved in use. The kind of heating equipment exhaust heat, energy conservation, to play its great role.
