目的:通过对肝细胞生长因子(hepatocyte growth factor,HGF)、C-Met、CD1a在舌鳞癌(tongue squamous cell carcinoma,TSCC)、舌癌前病变及舌正常组织中表达的研究,探讨在舌鳞癌中HGF/C-Met信号通路对CD1a阳性树突状细胞(dendritic cells,DC)的影响。方法:随机选取30例舌鳞癌、10例舌癌前病变及10例舌正常组织的石蜡标本,应用免疫组织化学SP法检测舌鳞癌、舌癌前病变及舌正常组织中HGF、C-Met及DC标志物CD1a的表达并分析其相互关系。采用SPSS 13.0软件包对数据进行秩转换的非参数检验以及Spearman等级相关分析。结果:HGF、CMet和CD1a在舌鳞癌中的表达水平较舌癌前病变和舌正常组织高(P均<0.01);在舌鳞癌中,C-Met的表达水平与CD1a的表达水平呈负相关(rs=-3.769)。结论 :舌鳞癌患者局部微环境中存在一定的免疫反应,HGF/C-Met信号通路可抑制DC对舌鳞癌组织的浸润。
Objective: To investigate the expression of hepatocyte growth factor (HGF), C-Met and CD1a in tongue squamous cell carcinoma (TSCC), tongue precancerous lesions and normal tongue tissues. Effect of HGF / C-Met Signaling Pathway on CD1a-positive Dendritic Cells in Squamous Cell Carcinoma. Methods: 30 cases of tongue squamous cell carcinoma, 10 cases of tongue precancerous lesions and 10 cases of tongue normal tissues were randomly selected. Immunohistochemical SP method was used to detect the expression of HGF, C- Met and DC marker CD1a expression and analysis of their relationship. Nonparametric tests for rank conversion using SPSS 13.0 software package and Spearman rank correlation analysis. Results: The expressions of HGF, CMet and CD1a in tongue squamous cell carcinoma were higher than those in tongue precancerous lesions and normal tongue tissues (P <0.01). In tongue squamous cell carcinoma, the expression of C-Met and the expression of CD1a Negative correlation (rs = -3.769). Conclusion: There is a certain immune response in the local microenvironment of tongue squamous cell carcinoma. HGF / C-Met signaling pathway can inhibit the infiltration of DC into tongue squamous cell carcinoma.
