做好建筑工程施工质量控制工作,是决定建筑安全性能的关键。完成质量控制一般可分为三个环节:一是对影响质量的各种技术和活动要求指定计划和程序,这就是确立控制计划与标准;二是要按计划和程序进行实施,并在实施活动的过程中进行连续检验和评定;三是对不符合计划和程序的情况进行处置,并及时采取纠正措施等。抓好这三个环节,才能圆满完成质量控制任务。本文就这三个环节进行分析研究。
