本实验用21月龄大鼠作为衰老模型,给服中药强身丹30天后,检测大鼠记忆力,测定脑内单胺类神经递质的含量,并计算递质比值。结果显示:强身丹能使21月龄大鼠记忆力明显提高,并使脑组织DA、NE、5-HIAA含量升高,5-HT含量降低,以至5-HT/NE、5-HT/DA、5-HT/5-HIAA比值降低,给药组与模型组相比存在显著性差异,而与6月龄组比较无显著性差异。表明强身丹具有明显的防老抗衰、健脑益智作用
In this experiment, a 21-month-old rat was used as a model for aging. After serving Chinese medicine for the purpose of strengthening body stasis for 30 days, the rats’ memory was measured, the content of monoamine neurotransmitters in the brain was measured, and the ratio of the transmitters was calculated. The results showed that: QiangZhen Dan can significantly improve the memory of 21-month-old rats and increase the content of DA, NE, and 5-HIAA in the brain, reduce the content of 5-HT, and even 5-HT/NE and 5-HT/DA. The 5-HT/5-HIAA ratio decreased, and there was a significant difference between the administration group and the model group, but there was no significant difference compared with the 6-month group.
