目的对淄川区位于丘陵和山区的5个乡镇内外环境的硒含量进行检测分析,以了解当地不同地理环境硒水平状况。方法在淄川区洪山、龙泉、寨里、城南等镇和张庄乡采集土壤和当地自产粮食小麦和玉米,同时采集居住于当地居民的指甲,检测硒含量。结果淄川区的洪山、龙泉、寨里、城南镇土壤、粮食等外环境样品和当地居民指甲中硒含量均较高,处于适硒地区,而张庄乡内外环境中的硒含量明显低于上述地区。结论淄川区在调查5个乡镇中有4个乡镇为适硒地区,有1个乡镇为低硒地区,淄川区为低硒和适硒混合地区。
Objective To detect and analyze the selenium content of the five townships located in the hilly and mountainous areas of Zichuan District in order to understand the status of selenium in different geographical environments. Methods Collecting soil and local self-produced grain wheat and corn in Hongshan, Longquan, Zhaoli, Chengnan, and Zhangzhuang townships in Zichuan, and nails collected from local residents were collected to test the selenium content. Results Selenium content in the soil samples and other environmental samples from Hongshan, Longquan, Zhaoli and Chengnan townships in Zichuan area was higher than that in the nails of local residents, and in the selenium area of Zhangshan Zhuang Township. However, The above area. Conclusions Zichuan District investigated 4 villages and towns in 5 townships for suitable selenium area, 1 township for low selenium area, and Zichuan District for low selenium and suitable selenium area.
