盛芙蓉:我认为音乐课和其他课一样,只要你的工作负责,教学质量高,就能把它提升到一个新的层次去。尽管有些东西可能和别人比不了,但尽力去为自己喜欢的事情工作,又何必管那么多的得失呢,有好多人正在为生计干着自己不愿干的事情呢!所以我们也是幸福的。自己的成绩能得到领导与老师的肯定也是一种鼓励,不要太计较得失,否则就教不好自己的课。
Sheng Hibiscus: I think music lessons, like any other lesson, can take it to a new level as long as your job responsibilities and teaching quality are high. Although some things may not be comparable to those of others, why do we try our best to work for what we love and why so many pros and cons? There are a lot of people who are trying to make ends meet because they are not willing to do anything. So we are also happy. Their achievements can be led and the teacher’s affirmation is also an encouragement, not too care about gains and losses, otherwise teach their own class.
