文章利用长三角25个城市2007~2014年的面板数据,以人力资本、经济发展水平、对外开放度、金融发展水平和技术研发强度等吸收能力变量分别作为转换变量,采用包含外生变量的面板平滑转换(PSTR)模型检验了基于OFDI、FDI和进口三种渠道的国际R&D对区域技术创新的非线性动态溢出效应。结果显示:当所有的吸收能力变量跨越各自的门槛值使PSTR模型趋于高体制时,基于OFDI的国际R&D对区域技术创新均产生显著的正向溢出。对应于不同的吸收能力变量,当PSTR模型趋于高体制时,基于FDI和进口的国际R&D对区域技术创新的溢出效应更明显。随着吸收能力变量水平的连续增加,基于三种渠道的国际R&D对区域技术创新的溢出效应均在持续增强,国际R&D和区域技术创新之间存在平
Using the panel data of 25 cities in the Yangtze River Delta from 2007 to 2014, the paper takes the absorptive capacity variables such as human capital, economic development level, openness to the outside world, financial development level and technology research and development intensity as the conversion variables, using panels containing exogenous variables The smooth transition (PSTR) model tests the nonlinear dynamic spillover effect of international R & D on regional technological innovation based on OFDI, FDI and imported channels. The results show that international R & D based on OFDI has a significant positive spillover effect on regional technological innovation when all of the absorptive capacity variables exceed their respective thresholds so that the PSTR model tends to be highly institutionalized. Corresponding to different variables of absorptive capacity, spillover effects of regional R & D based on FDI and imports are more obvious to regional technological innovation when the PSTR model tends to be higher. With the continuous increase of variable absorptive capacity, the spillover effect of international R & D on regional technological innovation based on the three channels continues to increase, and there is a balance between international R & D and regional technological innovation
