作为教师,在梳理自己的教学生涯后发现,阅读和写作是一个教师专业成长的两个加速轮子,如果跨上去之后,那么专业成长的速度将飞速驶向既定目标。教师可以通过阅读,不断更新自己的教育教学理念,从而实现自己的专业发展。同时,教师通过阅读后的写作,实现自己教育思想的理性表达。在阅读和写作中,慢慢达到叶圣陶先生所讲“善读必易于达到善写,善写亦有裨于善读”之境界。
As a teacher, after combing her teaching career, she found that reading and writing are two accelerating wheels for a teacher’s professional growth. If she steps up, the speed of her professional growth will quickly move toward the established goal. Teachers can read and constantly update their education and teaching philosophy to achieve their own professional development.
