刊授党校创办马克思主义理论培训班以来,大连市金州区分校共招收学员5000余名,已经毕业的学员,将学到的理论知识运用到实践中去,大都在各自的岗位上发挥骨干作用,尤其是在部委局办和乡镇的领导岗位上发挥作用。今年以来,金州区委组织部和区委党校为了贯彻江泽民总书记关于建设高素质干部队伍的讲话精神,抓好入党积极分子、年轻党员和后备干部的政治素质和业务素质教育,在办好短训班的同时,充分利用刊授党校,组织基层干部系统学习马克思主义经济理论,重点学习邓小平理论,打下牢固的理论功底,为改革开放和社会主义现代化建设培养一支高素质的党员干部队伍。基于这个认识,区委组织部和党校经多次研究,联合下发了文件,召开会议,层层发动,在资金比较紧张的情况下,采取学费自筹公助的办
Since the publication of the party school training course on Marxism, more than 5,000 trainees have been recruited by Dalian Jinzhou Campus. The graduated students have applied their theoretical knowledge to practice and most of them play a key role in their respective posts. Especially in the office of the ministry and township leadership positions play a role.
