目前,主动脉瓣膜病变主要通过超声心动图进行评估,必要时进行有创心导管检查,但上述方法仍有不完善的地方。新出现的心脏磁共振成像在主动脉瓣膜病变的应用日益广泛起来,尽管磁共振成像还不是评估主动脉瓣膜病变的一线诊断技术,但是磁共振成像在瓣膜损伤的状态以及瓣膜的形态和心功能的评估中提供了重要的信息。在评估主动脉瓣膜病变,磁共振成像可以提供准确的心室大小、心肌厚度等重要参数,发现钙化和肺间质水肿的证据,增加诊断其敏感性和可信度。另外,磁共振成像可以定量测量局部或者全部心室功能以及跨瓣压差等。
