我院1999年6月—2004年1月开始用托吡酯治疗各种类型癫,现对托吡酯单药治疗癫的疗效和安全性报告如下。1资料与方法1.1一般资料36例患儿均经临床和脑电图证实,符合国际抗癫联盟1981年制定的癫发作的国际分类法与1989年制定的癫和癫综合征的国际分类诊断标准[1]。甲组20例,男9例
