结合湖南地区输电线路工程造价特点,构建造价控制区间仿真模拟模型,选取若干110k V输电线路工程作为原始数据,将样本单位长度造价按照构成进行拆分为单位长度基础工程、单位长度杆塔工程、单位长度接地工程等十一个分项。对分项内容的数据分布形态进行模拟,获得所对应的数据分布形态,在百分之九十五的置信度下,输电线路工程单位长度造价在不同概率(50%)幅度下的范围(65.79,81.72),作为造价控制线区间值,以期改善造价控制线绝对值的刚性设置,形成输电线路工程造价控制线的弹性区间。
According to the cost characteristics of transmission line project in Hunan Province, a simulation model of cost control interval is constructed. Several 110kV transmission line projects are selected as raw data, and the cost per unit length of the sample is divided according to the composition into unit length base project, unit length tower project, unit Length grounding project eleven sub-items. The data distribution patterns of the sub-items are simulated and the corresponding data distribution patterns are obtained. Under the 95% confidence level, the cost per unit length of the transmission line works at a range of different probabilities (50%) (65.79 , 81.72), as the cost control line interval value, in order to improve the rigidity of the absolute value of the cost control line set to form the transmission line project cost control line flexibility interval.
