1 病例报告患者,男,20岁。2000—06—01上午进行格斗对练时右拇趾踢到对方胫骨上,当即感疼痛,患处不能触地,遂入我院。查体:见右拇趾右侧有一裂口,趾间关节外露,近端关节面向左侧脱位。X线片证实上述关节脱位,除外骨折。临床诊断:右拇趾趾间关节开放性脱位。立即在局麻下行右拇趾清创关节复位、关节囊修补及皮肤缝合术。术后抗炎治疗,按时拆线。20天后痊愈出院。 2 讨论本例右拇趾趾间关节开放脱位系格斗训练所引起,其主要原因是:①训练前未做充分的热身运动,全
