前三季度,福建经济运行保持良好态势。一是主要经济指标继续好于全国;二是经济增长持续保持12%以上的速度;三是三季度以来主要指标环比增幅有所回升,有力支持同比增幅保持高位运行。但也要看到,当前世界经济增长正在放缓,国内经济增速也逐季回落,受此影响,福建经济同比增速持续下行,资金紧张、重点项目投资进展受限等现象比较突出。与此同时,物价涨幅虽出现小幅回落,但仍维持在高位。第四季度要强化要素保障,努力破解经济运行中的制约因素,确保完成“十二五”开局之年的各项目标任务。
In the first three quarters, Fujian’s economic operation maintained a good momentum. First, the major economic indicators continue to be better than that of the whole country; second, the economy keeps growing at a rate of over 12%; third, the main indicators have picked up sequentially on a quarter-on-quarter basis, strongly supporting the year-on-year growth rate to remain high. However, we should also note that the current world economic slowdown is slowing down and the domestic economic growth rate also decreases quarter by quarter. As a result, the year-on-year growth of Fujian’s economy continued its downward trend, resulting in the shortage of funds and the limited progress of key investment projects. In the meantime, although the price increase slightly dropped, it remained at a high level. In the fourth quarter, it is necessary to reinforce the guarantee of factors and work hard to crack down on the restrictive factors in the economic operation so as to ensure the fulfillment of the objectives and tasks of the “12th Five-Year Plan”.
