骨桥蛋白(osteopontin,OPN)是细胞外基质中具有多种生物学活性的分泌型磷酸化糖蛋白。大量研究证实,骨桥蛋白能作用于肿瘤发生发展的多个环节,参与细胞信号转导,促进细胞黏附和迁移,与肿瘤细胞生长、侵袭、转移密切相关。近年认为,骨桥蛋白是一种新的肿瘤标志物,其与妇科肿瘤尤其是卵巢恶性肿瘤的关系也日益受到关注。骨桥蛋白在卵巢癌中的表达、外周血浓度及受体水平,均可作为无创性肿瘤筛查的指标,从而作为新的标志物用于卵巢癌的早期诊断和预后监测。在基因转录水平上抑制骨桥蛋白及其主要受体可能成为肿瘤治疗的新的理想靶点。
Osteopontin (OPN) is a secreted phosphorylated glycoprotein with multiple biological activities in the extracellular matrix. Numerous studies have confirmed that osteopontin can act on multiple aspects of tumor development, participate in cell signal transduction, promote cell adhesion and migration, and are closely related to tumor cell growth, invasion and metastasis. In recent years, osteopontin is a new tumor marker, and its relationship with gynecological tumors, especially ovarian cancer is also receiving increasing attention. Osteopontin expression in ovarian cancer, peripheral blood levels and receptor levels, can be used as a non-invasive tumor screening indicators, which as a new marker for the early diagnosis and prognosis of ovarian cancer monitoring. Inhibition of osteopontin and its major receptor at the gene transcription level may become a new ideal target for tumor therapy.
