新课改下,自主学习、合作探究及创新学习已是当前教育的主旋律。培养学生的自主学习能力,提高学生的综合素质已是教育的重中之重。学生的自主学习能力的培养应该从激发学生的学习兴趣、树立学生的自信心、小组的建设、课前预习、导学案的制定、学法的选择、小组合作探究、质疑问难、愉快学习等多角度培养。针对不同层次的学生分层教学,体验成功的喜悦。做学生学习的引导者、促进者,把学习的主动权还给学生。方法让学生自主寻找,思路让学生自主探究,规律让学生自主发现,问题让学生自主解决,才能培养出更多的高素质人才。
