聚焦《物业管理条例》2003年3期2003年6月8日《物业管理条例》颁布,并于同年9月1日起施行。条例的公布施行,标志着我国物业管理的发展纳入了法制化的轨道。条例的制定过程,表明了我国政府在推进物质文明、精神文明建设的同时,坚定不移地推进政治文明的决心和信心。时至今日,条例在规范市场各方主体行为、保障物业管理市场主体地位平等、减少市场主体各方交易成本等方面发挥了积极的作用,并不断推进中国物业管理进入良性循环的轨道。围绕这一选题,杂志在第三期刊登了9篇文章进行了报道,如《人民日报社论:规范物业管理的
Focus on “Property Management Regulations” 2003 three June 8, 2003 “Property Management Ordinance” promulgated, and in the same year, September 1 come into effect. The promulgation and implementation of the Regulations indicates that the development of property management in our country is incorporated into the legal system. The formulation of the regulations shows that our government, while promoting the building of material and spiritual civilization, unswervingly upholds the determination and confidence of political civilization. Up to now, the Regulations have played an active role in standardizing the conduct of all parties involved in the market, guaranteeing the equal status of the main players in the property management market and reducing the transaction costs of all parties involved in the market. They have also continuously promoted the entry into the virtuous circle of property management in China.
