目的研究云南土沉香Excoecaria acerifolia茎中的香豆素类化学成分。方法采用正、反相硅胶柱色谱与Sephadex LH-20凝胶柱色谱进行分离纯化,并运用各种波谱方法鉴定化合物的结构。结果从云南土沉香茎95%乙醇提取物中分离得到了12个香豆素类成分,分别鉴定为秦皮素8-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(1)、秦皮素(2)、异秦皮素(3)、6-羟基-8-甲氧基-香豆素(4)、5,7-二甲氧基-6-(1′,2′,3′-三羟基丙基)-2H-1-苯并吡喃-2-酮(5)、5′-二甲基沉香木质素(6)、瑞香辛(7)、臭矢菜素A(8)、臭矢菜素B(9)、白背叶素A(10)、白背叶素B(11)和白背叶素C(12)。结论除化合物3和12外其他成分均为首次从海漆属植物中分离得到。
Objective To study the chemical constituents of coumarins in the stem of Excoecaria acerifolia. Methods The compounds were isolated and purified by normal and reverse phase silica gel column chromatography and Sephadex LH-20 gel column chromatography. The structures of the compounds were identified by various spectral methods. Results Twelve coumarins were isolated from 95% ethanolic extracts of Radix Astragali from Yunnan, and identified as Coumarin 8-O-β-D-glucoside (1), Aesculetin (2) (3), 6-hydroxy-8-methoxy-coumarin (4), 5,7-dimethoxy-6- (1 ’, 2’, 3’-trihydroxypropyl) -2H Benzopyran-2-one (5), 5’-dimethylalularin (6), ruixin (7) ), Leupeptin A (10), Leupeptin B (11) and Leupehensin C (12). Conclusion All the compounds except compounds 3 and 12 were isolated from the genus Thalassidae for the first time.
