目的:分析机械通气治疗急性心肌梗死合并急性左心衰的临床效果。方法:选取2012年6月-2014年6月我院收治的急性心肌梗死合并急性左心衰患者60例为研究对象,所有患者均采用常规药物进行治疗,并在此基础上给予机械通气,对其临床效果进行分析。结果:治疗后,57例患者的病情得到好转,治疗总有效率为95.00%;患者的心率(HR)、氧分压(PaO2)、血氧化饱和度(SpO2)、呼吸频率(RR)、二氧化碳分压(PaCO2)等各项指标均有明显改善,治疗前后比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:应用机械通气治疗急性心肌梗死合并急性左心衰能够取得较好的临床效果,快速改善患者的临床症状。
Objective: To analyze the clinical effect of mechanical ventilation on acute myocardial infarction with acute left heart failure. Methods: From June 2012 to June 2014, 60 acute myocardial infarction patients with acute left heart failure treated in our hospital were selected as study objects. All patients were treated with conventional drugs and mechanical ventilation was given on this basis. Its clinical effect is analyzed. Results: After treatment, 57 patients’ condition improved and the total effective rate was 95.00%. The HR, PaO2, SpO2, respiratory rate (RR), carbon dioxide PaCO2 and other indicators were significantly improved, before and after treatment, the differences were statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: The application of mechanical ventilation in patients with acute myocardial infarction complicated by acute left heart failure can achieve better clinical results and rapidly improve the clinical symptoms.
