自动发电控制(AGC)的总体目标是,根据水库上游来水量或电力系统的要求,考虑电厂及机组的运行限制条件,在保证电厂安全运行的前提下完成机组间的负荷分配。文中以龙滩电站巨型机组为例,阐述了包括功能约束、边界条件和保护闭锁的AGC安全性策略,对今后巨型电站AGC试验和运行有一定的工程借鉴意义。
The overall goal of automatic generation control (AGC) is to consider the operation constraints of power plants and units according to the water flow in the upstream of the reservoir or the power system requirements, and to complete the load distribution between units under the premise of ensuring the safe operation of power plants. Taking the huge unit of Longtan Hydropower Station as an example, this paper expounds the AGC safety strategy including function constraints, boundary conditions and protection blocking, which will be of some reference to AGC test and operation of giant power station in the future.
