医学院校的科研组织管理工作,按其地位、作用和相互关系,应有三个层次的工作,一是关于科学研究工作在医学院校的地位、性质、任务和相应的政策、措施等;二是以计划管理为中心各项管理工作;三是深入到科研项目内部,正确处理各组成部份之间的关系,推动研究工作的发展。本文以克山病大骨节病(以下简称地方病)科研为例说明第三层次的科研组织管理工作,对于推动研究工作的发展所起的重要作用。
The scientific research organizations and management work in medical colleges and universities should have three levels of work according to their status, role and interrelationship. The first is about the status, nature, tasks and corresponding policies and measures of scientific research work in medical schools. Is based on the management of the plan as the center of various management work; third is to go deep into the scientific research project, the correct handling of the relationship between the various components to promote the development of research work. In this paper, Keshan disease Kashin-Beck disease (hereinafter referred to as endemic) scientific research as an example to illustrate the third level of scientific research organization and management work, to promote the development of research work plays an important role.
