防疫站等级评审是卫生防疫管理重要内容.1997年3月沂水县卫生防疫站达到“全国县级一等卫生防疫站”标准.等级评审,使卫生防疫站档案管理工作走上了规范化、标准化、科学化和程序化的轨道.具体表现在如下几个方面:1 对照标准找差距在等级评审准备工作中,站专门成立评审领导小组,通过学习标准及评审指南,对照标准逐条逐项检查档案管理工作.找出档案管理工作中存在的问题,过去由于忽视档案管理工作,既没设置专门档案室,也没有专人负责,业务技术档案都存放在各个科室,造成档案分散缺乏系统性、连续性和规范性.在等级评审中档案管理虽只占20分.但站领导到兄弟县市卫生防疫站参观学习后找到了差距,转变观念,强化管理,加强领导,根据等级评审要求,有针对性地加强档案室建设.2 配备档案室必要设施、强化科学规范管理
