近年来,随着社会主义市场经济和企业经营全球化的发展,单纯的企业发展手段已经很难满足企业高速运营的要求,于是企业之间的并购应运而生。作为资本运营的重要手段,并购活动一方面有助于企业迅速扩大资本,但另一方面也处处隐藏着大量的风险,尤其是财务风险,一着不慎即可能全盘皆输。本文从财务管理入手,对企业的并购含义、并购财务风险以及防范措施进行研究,为企业提供具有可操作性的风险控制方法。
In recent years, with the development of the socialist market economy and the globalization of business operations, simple enterprise development methods have been difficult to meet the requirements for high-speed operation of enterprises.
