当前法科学生持续“就业难”反映了模拟法庭教学与法律职业共同体的构建之间并未形成良性互动,其原因在于模拟法庭教学组织单一、师资队伍实践素养不足、案例资源缺乏,导致学生普遍懂法而不会用法。为此,笔者提倡在模拟法庭教学改革中推行校地合作模式,为模拟法庭教学提供优秀的教学团队和强大的场域支持。在具体规划上,首先应确立模拟法庭教学中“以学生为本、从职业角色出发”的改革目标,然后形成包括校院、校检和校所合作的平台体系,最后明确校地合作的主要内容,包括多元化的教学组织参与管理、改善师资队伍的实践素养、组建丰富的案例库,以推动模拟法庭教学的社会化、职业化。
